About Angel

I am a woman who rebuilt herself from the inside out. My life has held trauma, chaos, heartbreak, addiction, motherhood, healing, awakening, and a rebirth I never saw coming. Every part of my brand comes from the real work I have done to rise through all of it.

My foundation is Skin, Soul, and Self. The skin reflects how you care for your body, the soul reflects how you heal what you carry, and the self reflects the woman you choose to become. My work blends lived experience, mindset tools, trauma healing, and energy work with the professional training that shaped me into the guide I am today. I am certified in Hypnosis, NLP, Ayurveda, Narcissistic Behavior and Psychology, Theta Healing including Intuitive Anatomy, and I am a Reiki Master. I have extensive training in the mind body connection, holistic healing, meditation, breathwork, emotional release methods, and the spiritual practices that supported my own transformation.

I teach what I had to learn the hard way. I guide women the way I once needed someone to guide me. My mission is simple. Help women feel clearer, stronger, softer, braver, and more aligned than they ever thought possible.
